My husband and I went to the State Fair today. Here are some photos.
We actually went down this slide...it was fun!
My camera was not cooperating. I took several shots of the Ferris Wheel and I couldnot hold still. They were all blurry so I put a watercolor effect on this one. I think it
looks pretty cool.

Yeah - technical photo stuff isn't my thing.
And you can be the best technical photographer and take realllyyy boring photos!
I reckon you've either got it or you haven't and I must say looking at your first photo - I reckon "you got it".
That first photo's angle and color make for a phantastic image. One could imagine M&Ms riding into heaven. ;-)
Thank you ladies so much. You have really boosted my confidence today. It has been a busy week and I have not had a chance to shoot any photos. I did get a book on composition and have been devouring it...hopefully you will see the fruit of it in my next post.
