This soldier was helping to fold a parachute at a local festival when I got this shot. At the time I was more interested in capturing the man jumping as he was a double amputee. When I got home and downloaded the photos this one just jumped out at me...something about the way he is standing and with the large American flag surrounding him. Just remember today that wherever you are there are people in uniform keeping you safe, your military, your police force, etc. Thank them and pray for them as they sacrifice themselves to serve you and your country.
